Hi,

I am getting a new Fiat 500L Lounge this week. Can anyone tell me if the car comes with front or read floor mats as standard?

Probably not. The dealer makes a few more miserable Shekels selling mats as an accessory, so they tend to try to charge for them.

They might just decide to give you a set, or you might have haggled for them to be included (but sounds like not).

If it was me, I'd ask the dealer for some (free) and then when they inevitable refuse, see if you can at least get a discount if you order/buy some there and then. I dunno how much genuine mats cost... c. £80 for the whole set maybe.. so even £20 off is worth trying to blag while the dealer is in a good mood.

But if there's none there, get some mats sharpish to preserve the carpet. This time of year I'd be down to Halfords to get some rubber mats (cheap and waterproof) until my Fiat Originals turn up (dealer might not have any in stock) or my super-looxury custom-fitted, custom coloured with logos (via carmats4u.co.uk etc.) arrive.

I think they do. I bought a very low mileage used 2014 500L recently, and it came with factory floor mats. Mind you, they were pretty small, and I wouldn't say they were that great.

I highly recommend the weathertech floor mats. They're custom made for the car and have high sides so they contain any dirt or water. They're expensive, but they're probably the best option. I was lucky enough to find a used set on Kijiji from someone that had gotten rid of their car.

Apparently I'm not allowed to post links yet, but just do a search for "Weathertech floor mats"

To be more clear, my 500L came with factory front and rear floor mats, but that was in Canada. Can't say for sure about the UK
