Hello,
I recently bought this used machine and I would like to know if is possible
disable the start and stop system through the Multiecuscan program and the yellow adapter.
Thanks.

This morning the Multiecuscan software technicians told me that it is possible to disable S&S by software. Next week I will get the kit and I will do the test. Thank you.

Laziness, I do not want to disable it by pressing the button every time I turn the machine on here.:bang:

Probably there is a difference between models or markets. My 500L also does memorize the setting and I do not have to push the switch each time. But I know of other cars like my neighbors Dodge where that is different.

About half an hour ago I tried with Multiecuscan, in the entry start and stop I put not present and immediately after I made the procedure of realignment proxy. Result: deactivating the engine does not switch on. So I put to the item start and stop present and redone proxy realignment and the engine switch on. There are two things: either I am not doing the right procedure or it is not possible. :(

What do you mean by 'deactivating the engine does not switch on' ? Does the car switch the engine off like usual but not switch it on any more if you hit the clutch pedal ?

I'll explain better ... with multiecuscan deactivate start and stop, I make proxy realignment procedure, I put the contact on off and wait 1 minute. As turn the key for switch on the engine the result is that the engine not on.

It's not clear, but I think what Gialuca is saying is that - with S&S disabled via MultiECUScan - the engine will not start at all.

Confirm as written by you ... It seems that the control unit is aware of the deactivation and does not provide the engine the consent to turn on. Sorry for my bad english
