General Identifying light to change bulb

Hey, this may be a daft question but please can someone tell me what the light that is lower than the front number plate, next to the grille is please? i need to change the bulb and thought it was the fog light but online tutorials for fog lights seem to change a different bulb. I've attached a photo.

Ive a modern punto..and that is the function of my lamp in that position.

There is more info in the 2012 punto section than in yours..

500 hatch is probably very similar in lamp.. but access to it is lousy..
