It appears that the fiat seems to use some form of Canbus system which informs the dashboard when the wattage of the light bulbs go below a certain level.
Good reminder for me to change the brake bulbs but I'm pretty sure this may cause issues with led bulbs as they are pretty low wattage unless you have them with a resistor modified but I have heard horror stories of those cheaply made ones overheating.
Going to stick to normal bulbs it seems like my old Nissan bulb fuse kit has the similar bulbs as this car so far. It appears to be the p21/5w type.
I couldn't find much about this in my manual but if you get this stop message your brake lights or fuse are likely burnt. Go and use the hex key to get it apart. There's videos on YouTube for help.
