Please help me if you know how to...
a)... change rear door speaker (need a guide how to disassemble door and not to break everything)
b)... change driver seat heater switch
c)... change air vent diffuser on front panel (nearest to the door).

Thanks in advance

Can't specifically answer your questions for the 500L as I've not worked on one however I would strongly advise the following:

1) Get a set of trim removal tools. Search on Amazon for "trim removal tool" where you will find plenty. I personally have the modestly priced Winomo set costing less than £10. There are more extensive kits. Usual "right tool for the job" advice.

2) The driver seat heater switch/pressure pad is most likely wired in the same connector underneath the seat that also control the seat belt pre-tensioners, etc. Even if it is not then to remove the seat you will have to disconnect all cable connections SO YOU MUST disconnect the battery and leave the car to stand for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the airbag system ECU, etc. to self discharge. If you fail to do this then you will trigger the airbag systems self checking functions and cause the airbag warning light to come on. This will not reset automatically and you will have to visit the dealer/garage/member here with diagnostic kit to get the light turned off.

:bang: finally I've changed seat heater switch but... the connector is broken also. Ahhh. Dealer don't know where to get the connector or wiring.
We don't have broken 500L for spare parts in Estonia. I am so disappointed.

If you want, I can ask my dealer here in Austria whether the connector is available as a spare part. I would however suspect that they only sell the complete cable with connectors .... but who knows.

Just looked and that switch 185500980 fits loads of old alfas 147/156/166 should be easy to track one breaking ask them to cut the connector off you could then release the connector pins with a fine screw driver , use one of the good pins off the breakers wires and solder it to replace your damaged pin push the pins into the good connector block and your fixed.
