Apologies if there is a thread on this but I have not been able to find it.
My friends wife has the above car and has a problem trying to fold the roof back. Pressing the electric button sends it back OK the first and second positions. However after pressing again the roof moves back but one side jams, maybe it has come up to an obstruction? At this point the one side stops and the other side keeps moving until the roof crabbing jams the roof and it stops.
It can be moved forward again.
Has anyone any experience of this? Can anybody make any suggestions?
My friend does not want to rush to the main dealer who has quoted 8 hrs At £50-/ hour to try to fix but says it may need a new roof at several £K.
