Given how it shows off the massive interior space
I'm sure there'll be a few extra orders with Fiat.

Well, if you've seen the trailer there is no ****-take involved...just ****-give to Peter Kay(y):D

I think it might do the 500L good, at least it's publicity. Hopefully the script doesn't involve it being an unreliable Fiat anyway...

It's not shifting in great numbers, like pretty much every other Fiat apart from the 500.

18,000 Fiats registered in the UK so far in 2015 and 13,200 are 500s! That means the Panda, Punto, 500L, Qubo and Doblo combined have only mustered 4,800 registrations between them all year. Mad really - anyway you can see the stats in the zip file at the end here:

Thought the car looked quite good and spacious on the TV but why has it got black mirror covers ,not white? Personally I hope that it does not sell too many , maybe it is a bit selfish but it is nice to drive something a bit rare

Now if he stops to make himself a tasty espresso using his optional Lavazza coffee maker, that might do something for sales! :D

It looks like they've covered up the logos on the upholstery for the interior shots though.

The reg WR62XDF Suggests it's one of fiats early demo cars as then officially launched the car in March 13 so they're all 13 plates and newer

Having watched half the first episodes it's fair to say Peter Kay has lost his touch because it's god awful!!

Yes totally agree. I am a big fan, particularly of his stand up shows but this series is just not funny at all, a big fail and I've given up on it TBH.

I quite enjoyed it and will watch again this week to see how it goes, personally I prefer him in this kind of thing (and Phoenix Nights, Max & Paddy etc) and am not really a fan of his stand up stuff. Different strokes and all that...

Also noticed the dirty rear screen but this was probably deliberate and done for the sake of filming continuity.

Don't know why the seats were partly covered up but there must have been a good reason as they'd obviously gone to a lot of trouble!

I noticed this also as the seats looked "plain" or even out off focus .
I can probably understand it if there are Fiat logos but it is just the Oscar Wilde quotation
