I've bought some replacement drl bulbs with a blue coating giving a xenon look as when you go to side lights they look yellow like the bulb has blown. I'll take a picture after fitting and see the difference. ..

Update on this @##@## thing lol today had the chance to change these drls a simple job took over an hour! (Don't laugh) the plastic screw heads were rounded, so a pair of long nosed pliers and quarter turn at a time they came out. Then remove the flitch access panel, pull of the rubber cap, quater turn and with draw slowly, exchange bulbs, check they work (made that mistake once, put new bulbs, put everything back and they don't work!!!) So working and looking good. I will take night pics for you later.

I've also changed the plastic screws for galvanised metal so as not have the rounded head issue again.

Looks good I changed mine for the blue coated ones andnthey took me even longer to do every lug rounded off I ended just prizing the plastic off and it worked then I just pushed them back in but one of mines blone so gota faff with it all again

Ho god! You should replace the screws with metal ones much easier to change. ...

Well changed it today as they didnt come before I had a few days at the lake district but I was able to unscrew them with my fingers so I was done in 3 mins lucky

Very lucky! I've since bought some led replacement but as yet not found any that work Lol
