Sounds promising...seems pricey though at £17.5K, compared to what we paid for a 1.4 petrol all be it with a good discount.

It's the same Diesel engine as the one in the new Suzuki S Cross, which begins at 17K with this engine.
Now, I am very interested to see how the prices and specs compare, because in the Suzuki this engine is a total hoot, and very economical.
I'll need to see how they compare... :chin:
Even the petrol might be interesting. Fiat always underengines its cars when they are introduced, and only when they don't sell does it realise that people want cars that can keep up with the traffic, plus, that the economy of a larger, less strained engine is usually better anyway in the real world.
