Ok I have a new gearbox, 6 speed and new 3 piece clutch, new hyd fluid.
The problem is when I press the clutch pedal to the floor to change gear the gbox feels notchy. The gears change as long as the clutch is all the way down to the floor, 1" off the floor and I can't change gear.
It feels like I need another 1" of clutch pedal travel then it would be sweet.
I've changed the fluid twice now, when bleeding i noticed it was coming out of the bleed screw as well more than the bleed nipple. I've looked at both the master and slave and there are no leaks at all. I'm at a bit of a loss, there is nothing wrong with the gearbox or clutch its all new.

That's normal for these cars. Almost impossible to bleed without making a mess.

Wrapping some PTFE tape around the bleed screw may help. Using a vacuum bleeder will contain the worst of it.

Ok thanks im pretty sure its bleed properly.
I've just been out for a drive with the daughter who's learning, on the dual carriageway and she tried to change gear and she couldn't get it into any of them, hazard lights were put on, I even tried and it wouldn't select 3rd or 4th, eventually got it into 3rd.
I hadn't experienced that before, its like the clutch isn't going in, or the pressure is not being retained when the clutch is depressed, its likenits leaking back past the seals
