Hi all, I am a massive fan of the fiat 500s, the only thing I don’t like is the older style rear light clusters.

I do however, love the newer rear light clusters and was wondering if they are swappable parts? Do they mount the same? Or at least are they the same size so that I can make my own mounts?

Your are a straight swap mounting wise
However you'd need the body coloured inserts to go along with them and the Facelift bumper as some of the lights are mounted there

Also additionaly the wiring is different so you need the wiring changing to the Facelift connectors

As Chris said the reverse & fog lights are bumper fitted unlike the older all in one cluster!
Also you may or may not know the “newer” style lights are not LED just basic bulbs inside they look good but not brighter in the slightest
In short your looking at 180 for new lights 100 for a bumper then you got to find the updated connectors so you can plug the new lights in …. It’s an expensive upgrade

I think that the older car is better before the 2015 facelift, as with most cars nowadays they either go to far with what they have or do retro cars that look nothing like the original apart from the 500 pre facelift, for example that new mini monstrosity or the new Renault 4 & 5 EV's that are coming in the near future

Wow I did not expect it to be that much, think I’ll just stick with my boring old lights.
