Hi, trying to do a proxi alignment with no luck, i dont have anyone near where i live that can do them, so i would like to buy the correct machine to do the proxi alignment myself, i have tried the multiecuscan, fiatodb, fiatecuscan and they will not work, guessing odbii Bluetooth and wifi are the wrong thing, so what is the most affordable diagnostic machine that i can buy that will do the proxi alignment, thanks all

So what odb reader will I need, because I have a Bluetooth and a WiFi one, I have also used the yellow adaptor but still won't connect to do the proxi alignment,

That's my issue, the blue&me not working and I have the flashing meter, every time I try to connect t to do proxi alignment it says something about unable to connect to interface, but if I use my readers for anything else like on other software they work fine, need the proxi alignment to stop the flashing don't care about the blue&me side of it, just rather spend the money on the correct diagnostic reader so I always have it and then able to help others in the same area as me

You'd need to disconnect the blue and me module first then retry the alignment

Can you connect to any of the other ECUs in the car such as the engine ECU?

If I use other software I am able to do a full test to for fault codes, I can monitor and clear any fault codes, when I use multiecuscan I can do a connection test to the interface and it works but doing anything else It won't let me, I have also tried with alfaodb and it connects but then have same issue trying to do anything else

My reader is elm327 bluetooth, and I think my wifi one is elm327 aswel

proxy alignment only makes all the modules talk to each other and accept each other as a team. This won't work if one of the modules is broken.

As typecastboy said above, the Blue&Me is the most likely problem, and that module needs to be either replaced, or disconnected, then you can do the alignment.

OK ill disconnect the blue&me, I did the scan and doesn't come up with any errors, when I try to do the alignment I get the failed to connect to the bcm, but I will disconnect blue&me, is there anywhere else other than taking rear seat our and side panel off to get to blue&me to disconnect it, thanks all

My blue&me already disconnected must of been done from garage we brought car from, I'm guessing my obd readers are not compatible for proxi alignment, so what's the best reader to get for multiecuscan to do the proxi alignment

Yes, but when I click on connect with yellow adaptor it comes up error
