Just thought I’d share my Gucci’s upcoming 10th year brush up!

Had her in for some paint work touch ups & blending due to my rear sensor envy I swapped bumpers & sensors!

Being born a perfectionist is a sod at times esp with my car!!!! She goes back on Tuesday as there is still a paint issue on my drivers side rear quarter & door then new Gucci decals & away I go!!!

Freaked me out a bit seeing my car without her stripes ... looks like a regular pop without em![emoji45][emoji38] but I do like my after market rear lights!

New year with bring alloy restoration and new number plates (not private) I just want the seller who ****ed me over OFF my car!!

Some pics of the “pop” below ? IMG_4990.JPGIMG_4989.JPGIMG_4991.JPG

Well done. Fitting stickers without bubbles or wrinkles is an art in itself, especially around corners etc. :worship:

I don't even get that 100% right on my phone albeit it's much smaller...

I had no choice but to get it right [emoji23] I was quoted a few hundred by one company and I ran for the hills!!
I sprayed water with some washing liquid on the reverse before fitting

This allows you to “slip n slide” the key is a good squeegee! Work from the inside out
All water will squeeze out and then the decals stick!

The corner curve was tricky but the water helps you mould the sticker and stretch a little
Still can’t believe there is no creases nor bubbles!!
It’s probably one of the only things I have truly got right first time!! Oh that and my rear suspension [emoji23]

I’m kinda proud so thank you [emoji4]

A few pics post paint job with my new stripes and new dash .... my old dash was full of scratches like the last owner had been chucking keys on there!?!

New paint has really made a difference! The whole car (except roof) has been re sprayed
And a good coating of ceramic wax after every other wash!IMG_5298.JPGIMG_5299.JPG
Dash out forgot to take a pic of new one but it’s back in! Thanks typecastboy for your YouTube tutorials! Could NOT have done it without your videos!
