HI Can anyone please help

I have a semi automatic Fiat 500 and when im driving it keeps slipping into neutral when I slow down or stop, it has also decided not to go into revers anymore,

I have checked the transition fluid and all topped up.

The car was working fine 1 day when I was going up a steep hill I used the manual gears to get up the hill as it was really struggling, the day after this is when I started having this problem, not sure if this had anything to do with the problem that I have.

Can anyone shed any light into this for me please.
