It could be the tracking (not a problem... just need adjusting) but inner shoulder wear is also a sign that the front wishbone arm bushes are failing.

You would need to replace the whole arm. I suspect they're not "cheap" nor too shocking outrageous, although probably the best advise is to fit Lemforder or TRW branded arms (or Fiat OE, which are Lemforder or TRW arms in a very expensive box) since they years and you probably won't have to ever change them ever again.

Alternatively you (or someone with a big press) can fit polyeurathane bushes (stiffer/harder but also more durable) to your existing arms... although this is likely to be more expensive (labour), unless you do it yourself.

Mines 16000 over 5 years, it gets used at weekends in the dry mostly, and its service history is full abarth, no tyre problems here so suspect tracking

If your car is fitted with Bi-Xenon headlights, the suspension arms are not standard, as they're tapped for the levelling sensors. This may push up the price somewhat, and is something to be aware of when sourcing parts.
