Hello,

I'm driving across the city passing Eurocarparts and hope to fit a new reverse bulb to my sisters car tonight, can anyone tell me exactly which bulb I need to get please.

This exact information has eluded me and I think it could be this one:

osram-501-capless-wedge-bulb-clear-side-light-indicator-481770130 from eurocarparts

Would this work for the reverse light bulb?

If the brake light is a separate bulb (i.e. fitted in a different location) from the rear light it'll be a 21W single filament bulb (rear light is 5W).

If the rear light is also the brake light, then it'll be a 5W21 (twin filament).

Twin-filament bulbs will only tend to fit one way... so that the rear light turns on the 5W filament and the brake activates the 21W filament.. but if you're determined you can fit it back to front so that the rear light becomes really bright (21W) and the brake light is dim (5W).

He wants the reverse light not the rear lights so no chance of it being a dual filiment bulb
