Hi, my partner has a Fiat 500 2016 plate. Yesterday she told me tyre pressure and traction control came on at the same time, so she come home turned car off and back on - lights gone. Went round away and pumped up her tyres. Today on her way to work these came on at the same time again. Haven’t seen a post with he same issue but was wondering if anyone has ever experienced this

Hello and welcome to the forum.

The car isn't monitoring tyre pressures directly.

This is all implemented via the ABS system, which is comparing the rotational speeds of all four wheels in real time. I'm thinking it could be an intermittent ABS sensor fault, perhaps a bit of dirt on a wheel sensor ring, or even a loose connection.

How soft were the tyres?
