Hi, we have a 2011 Twinair and we think it has a starter motor problem as the motor won't turn over despite having just bought a new battery. Does anyone know where the starter motor is located as can't find a diagram anywhere. Thanks

Try, a jump start cable from the engine(any good metal earth point) and the battery NEGATIVE(black terminal), try starting?

It was the starter motor, needs a new one.
