Would a 2014 tft speedo run in a 2017 lounge? I’ve got the option of owning a newer car [emoji594] but the cluster is the god awful orange display!! Obviously I wanna swap it out would it work ok guys??

I think you would need the tft from a 2016 facelift onwards model to have all the features work. Same as the other way round doesn’t work properly.

Post 2015 cars had a lot of the options like airbag controls DRL ect moved onto the radio unit rather then in the Speedo

Hahaha I just sold the 2016 speedo too to some guy in [emoji627] japan [emoji23] is nothing straight forward for me!! Off to look at a car Tom 2012 model that should be ok shouldn’t it? It’s a big issue for me I absolutely hate the orange cluster this tft is so much easier to read plus it’s pretty ??

Buy the software direct from the MES website and look at their links for trusted suppliers for the cables. Don’t buy the cheapo ones on eBay.
