I’m all over the place with my tire pressure! And so confused so many sites give me different psi advice I have an 09 pop 1.2 with 15” tires I’m currently doing 33psi on all 4 but I’m loosing air over a few days from different tires ? am I over inflating or do I need new tires [emoji23] such a simple thing but I’m really confused ?*♂️

My car's tyre placard indicates 33PSI all round for 15" wheels. I prefer to run my car's 16" a bit harder than recommended as they tend to lose a pound or so over a month. Perhaps you could replace the valve cores and see how you go.

If you’re losing air you probably have a puncture or the bead of the tyre is not sealing against the rim.

Yeah gonna go get new tires [emoji23]

If your tyres are less than half worn, it's betta for Greta if you have them repaired.

There's only three ways to lose air;

a) Puncture - A tyre place will fix it for £20
b) Leaky valve - A tyre place will tighten it for free, if you ponce it off them, or fit a new valve for £20 if tightening doesn't help.
c) A leaking rim - A tyre place will remove the tyre, clean up and seal the rim and re-fit the tyre for £20.

If your tyres are nearly worn out, then it's not worth spending £20 when a new one costs from c.£40. The garage should replace the valve too... but tell them you're losing air and to have a look at the rims, so they can give it a splash of sealer while they've got it all apart.

so 15” tires are ok at 33psi???

These are the suggested inflation pressures from a 500 Owner Handbook dated 10/2009:

Fiat_500_Handbook_10-2009_Cold_Inflation_Pressures.jpg

Figures are in bar; here are some conversions

2.0 bar = 29.01 psi
2.1 bar = 30.46 psi
2.2 bar = 31.91 psi
2.3 bar = 33.36 psi
2.4 bar = 34.81 psi
...
2.8 bar = 40.61 psi

33 is fine, however, what the pressure gauge is telling you might be inaccurate. Can't fault my cheap electronic ebay one. It gives repeatable results and is easy to use as well. Make sure you check pressure when tyres are cold. The pressure can rise by as much as 6 psi (ish) on hot tyres.
