Technical Help please vibration

hi I have a Fiat 500 twin air year 2014 with 20;000 on the clock I have just started to incur a problem with the gear stick at 3000 revs in 2nd gear it vibrates with a loud noise and now it’s got to the point where the noise has got quieter but it’s vibrating through all the gears and through the car has anyone had anything like this and would anyone know what to try to fix it thank you any help or advice is appreciated

Start with the basics wheels tyres balancing mountings(engine etc ) drive shafts/cv's

Hi guys, I am new to this forum. I am posting here hoping that someone might know the problem my car has. I have a fiat 500 1.2 with 15,000km. It's a 3 month old car. Have been experiencing all kinds of issues with the transmission. It's a manual 5 speed transmission. Every time when I start the car, it makes a grinding noise in the transmission, and when I press the clutch the noise goes away. I'll attach a video maybe it helps explain the situation better.

I'd hugely appreciate any info.
