Hi guys

I know this has a few other threads about it already. But I’m struggling to actually find the exact location of the ac drain pipe.

I need to check if there is any blockage as I can hear water under the dash. But it hasn’t gone so far that it is leaking in to the car.

It would be great to get some clear pictures showing where it is. Not just like a close up of the pipe. Also consider that I don’t know much about cars. Which is probably why I’m struggling to find where it is.

Lastly it’s a 2013 fiat 500 colour therapy. If that makes any difference.

Thanks in advance

:)

Hearing water behind the dash is normally when you have air in your coolant system, nothing to do with your A/C

Agreed, on a very hot day with high humidity, you get droplets in the air con system, but certainly not enough to cause a sound of flowing water.

If there where problems or blockages you would have water in the interior carpets as it doesn’t take much to start back flowing into the car.

The drain is on the bulk head on the passenger side low down, and is a very uninteresting piece of downward turned rubber pipe

I'd share a photo, but apparently I'm not yet allowed to do so. But yeah, it's on the passenger footwell towards the middle. If it's stopped up, there would be some liquid collecting around there. If you pull back the panels to get at the cabin air filter, you'll see the black tube running down.
