Technical Door knob connecting rod and blue clip

Hello,

The door connecting rod has popped out of the blue clip. Does any one have any tips on how to push it back into place,I'm really struggling to get it all into place and push it back together. The blue clip is definately not broken, I'm just struggling to get my hands into place,are there any tool suggestions?

If it’s the blue one at the back, furthest away from you and nearest the lock. Take out the three large torx screws that hold the lock onto the door then the lock will move around allowing you to move it out of the way to get to the rod. Then just line up the holes and put the torx screws back in.

If the red front one has come off I would suggest putting a small cable tie round it to hold it in place as they have a habit of keep coming off if they’ve done it once.
