Hi all,

I have a Fiat 500 Lounge manufactured in late 2007.
I have connected my Smart phone to my car via the Blue and me system.
There is a radio that I often listen via streaming on my mobile phone. I was wondering, is it possible to listen to it through my car's radio speakers?
I checked here and there, but I cannot do it.
Thank you for your help.

Thank you Eklipze.
I had some doubts that it would work out, it was worth it to double check though.
I'll wait until my next car... hopefully as late as possible :)

Wrong!

It can be done! :)

Just buy this device:

"JUSTOP Bluetooth Stereo Audio Receiver, Universal Music Adapter For Speakers/Car stereo/Music Sound System (BTR003)"

You can find it on Amazon.uk

The forum don't allow me to post the link, unfortunately.

Works perfectly on my 500...

But, you must have a an aux/usb-port. If not, impossible...

Won’t work if you don’t already have an AUX socket in the car, and if the OP did then they could easily answer their own question. Yes it will allow you to Bluetooth stream music, but you could just as easily wear a pair of headphones/Bluetooth headphones, than buy extra kit like this

Do you know where the aux socket is to connect the aux cable too?

If you press CD twice does AUX come up on the display?
If yes the socket is on the rear of the radio, a little tricky to connect.
What year is the car?

If I press cd twice it says aux on the stereo. The garage I got it from said it was aux compatible and they said for me to look in the manual. Can not find it there, and the garage is a distance for me to get too! My car is a 2008 plate.

Ok thank you. Would you think Halfords maybe able to feed it through to the rear of the stereo? As I have no clue what to do lol and I’m worried if damaging it.

"They could" but it's actually really simple, even a novice could do it, you could ask them for a price £20 would be a good price
You tube Fiat 500 radio removal to see how easy it is, you can almost drop the wire down the rear of the dash to the floor(provided you got one long enough) they vary in lengthy 95cm to 150cm

THank you I will have a look and make my decision from there onwards! Thank you for all your help.

I did it on my 09 pop it is really easy to do but I understand if your wary of doing it yourself!
If you really don’t think you can do it ... go to Halfords and sweet talk the “stereo guy”[emoji23]

I just hate paying for something I know I can do!!
If you do decide to diy then give me a shout I could talk you through it!
