Hi There, I am new to the forum and I have a Fiat 500S. I recently updated my Blue tooth Blue&Me. I speak English and the Blue&ME website says the new software update automatically selects language based on car current settings. BUT after the upgrade the voice is Italian and I cannot get it back to English! [NB the display is English, but the spoken voice is Italian which I cannot understand and it renders my Bluetooth unusable]

This is because you've interrupted the update before it's really done.
take you usb key and retry all the process and wait until you ear it's done not before it can take 15 minutes to update.

Of course double check you've downloaded the correct files from the site blue&me
