I left my bag on a London train last week and it has not turned up, it had my main F-500 remote key in it (DOH!)... I am using the car from the spare cheapy non remote key... Any one had to have a new key made? What is the cost etc? Thanks

New remote key £200-350, I hope your bag didn't have your address in/house keys, you may need to replace the key set and have new coding, there's a serious risk of the car being stolen/house entered, you might be better claiming on your car insurance for a whole new lock set?

I have used a mobile key person. £180 supply, cut and code. Doesn’t need the code for the car.

Believe the remote key can be deactivated from the car. If the car still there doubt anyone's planning to take it anytime soon. Key replacement maybe worth adding on car insurance in future (under £20?).

Look to see if your bank account..or similar.. has key cover..

as that is probably cheapest option

Functional key is cheap.. but obviously they have access to the car.

When you program a new key properly not just copying the remaining key, you code out the old key so it becomes unusable to remotely unlock it start the car and cannot be programmed back to that car ever again. The best they might manage us unlocking the car with the key manually.
