Hi have just bourght a 500c. 2010. roof will not close. runs apx 20-30 cm up and then goes back. pls. help what to do? only when i open the trunk, it goes half up, and i afterwards i can close it.

Try the position relearn. Sensor might have forgotten. Open and keep your finger on the button, when it stops still keep your finger in the button when it closes from memory I think you do the same again until it closes. I may have got that slightly wrong so do a search on here. Often solves the problem.
