OK I think i found it. Need to take off the hatch of the left front wheel to reach it...i will update with pictures :) thanks

Way do you need to access the horn on 2017 plate car wouldn't have thought it would have failed horns are usually fairly robust even so the car should be under warranty still

Oh the horn is perfect but i just hate that sound. Just bought a dual horn and need to replace it :)

Well spotted. Pretty sure they were out of stock for ages. I fitted a cheap clone when mine failed, as I couldn't get a real one. Stopped looking then, so pleased they're back.

Even better, the price seems lower than it was.

Another job for springtime.

I haven't yet looked under my Abarth, but going on the view from above, I guess space is going to be tight.

On the subject of fitting one, obviously run it from the battery via a relay, but what size fuse on the live feed?

On my last diesel hack I added twin saucer horns 139db each. The wee toot of a horn just didn't cut it. Cheap from Amazon, Chinese, boy did they waken other drivers up who for one reason or another did not seem to notice me... When my hack was written off, I took these off & are now in my garage, come the good weather I may add therm to my latest daily driver. :D

Yep. 20a fuse. Did try a 15a and it worked for a while, but blew while "demonstrating" how loud it was to an unsuspecting friend. 20a was still working when I drowned the horn last winter.
(Hint: fit it as high as possible and away from direct spray)
(Second hint: they don't like unbridged fords that are running much higher than normal)
