Moisture in tail lights

Just noticed that both lights have a build up of moisture in them.

Are these lights sealed from factory or is there a way of ‘resealing’ was thinking of clear silicone

Moisture in tail lights

You have to prise them apart to change bulbs so you can’t seal them permanently.

I'd be more inclined to place a small bag of dessicant inside. The last thing you want to do is seal any noisture in.
