Help! I have a 2014 fiat lease. I was late on its 1st service and MOT (2018 due to illness) Is it still valid as it’s still within it’s 3rd year? (I purchased in September 2014) also I can’t find in the warranty that after it’s 24 month Warranty that it must be done at a fiat dealership, please help as I can’t afford any fines they may give me!

If you purchased the car in September 2014 you have had it for 3 1/2 years so it is out of warranty


Unless ofc your lease agreement cover's repairs and maintenance

If you have the car on a 4 year PCP rather than a lease, provided you want to buy the car or part exchange at your local dealer for another (and dealer clears the balance) the finance company won't be any the wiser. If it is a lease you could have it mot'd before goes back and get a doctor's letter to help contest anything they try and fine you for. Hope this helps.
