Been let down by carparts4less.co.uk. New rad ordered and they’ve not delivered it. Phone call on hold for 25 minutes to be told they would call me back that day, 2 emails to them and still nothing. No rad, no replies. Over a week later still no rad so they’ve really let me down. I paid by PayPal so I’ve started a dispute now. Disgusting lack of customer service.

This has held me back from getting on with the car so I’ve now ordered one on eBay.

Don’t want to waste another day tomorrow so I’m going to push the car into the middle of the drive so I can get the doors both wide open and do the dash and airbags. Camera is charged and I will be videoing taking out the dash and airbags.

They have recently moved their warehouse, so are having some issues. This is not shown on the front page of their website, but the contact us page shows an apology and explanation. https://www.carparts4less.co.uk/contact-us

Big disappointment. I've had always good service in the past, hopefully it will return. I was about to order my annual service parts, but might have to wait, or use an alternative supplier this time.

They’ve always been reliable in the past. It’s clearly a clerical error and they haven’t sent the rad for some reason. But it’s the ignoring of emails and promising to phone me back and not that is frustrating.

I will be on hold today for as long as it takes to them today.
 
Bloody faulty passenger airbag electrical socket. Not a reliable connection so work came to a complete stop this afternoon.

I’ve been videoing the various stages though!

All my jobs seem to have hitches like this unless I'm doing a job I've done before, then like my rear discs everything comes apart easily.
