Anyone know where to find a DIY or manual how to remove the rear spoiler on a Fiat 500c soft top ?

Try a PM to Piccolo Nero E Bella I'm sure they've done something re the spoiler vinyl wrap ?

I have just removed it. It is very simple I have photos on it. Need to make a DIY or is it in the elearn?

We had the same problem on the red-topped car. The flaking surface appears to be a semi-matte coating to blend the shiny plastic into the fabric roof. We haven't dismantled the spoiler as yet; I plan to remove what's left of the coating then give it a semi-matte clear finish.

A post concerning removal of the spoiler appeared years ago;

Thank you, I was desperately looking for a Fiat dealer able to do it, or a DIY to do it myself, and didn't find any until now.


I own a Fiat 500c from 2010 (ivory body and red soft roof), and same issue, the laquer on the red spoiler is going away, making the spoiler to look really bad.


I bought a spare spoiler but didn't know how to remove the inner roof lining. It looks very easy according to the DIY. I will try myself!


So after changing it it means I will have a spare spoiler. I will come back here after doing the change myself.

Hello, do you possibly still have photos as to how you clipped the inner inning, mine is a 2013 500C but cannot see any joint in fabric, as images seen in the forums, appreciate if you know how to remove lining. It looks like the lining just goes into a little channel above rear glass. Thank you, Dave

Interested to know how everyone went with this. I'm considering removing my soft top spoiler to have it resprayed, it is an easy enough task (I am reasonably handy with these things but the idea of inner roof lining is a bit daunting)
