Hello!

Some lights appeared on a dashboard and they are not so bright than the others (I circled them on the photo). What does it mean?

Hi it means the display is faulty, there's been several posts re this recently generally the only option is to replace the display with a known good one, if getting one used make sure the mileage on the new used one is less than yours, the reading can be moved upwards but not down.
You could just leave it for now it may get worse or stay but(as far as I know, maybe corrected) does not effect the indicated components .

Yup, as a John says, very common fault with speedos. Unless it annoys you intently I would ignore it. You can pick up a second hand one on eBay for about £40. Not a massive job to change.

Unfortunately it's likely the fail the next mot due to the airbag light being illlumated

Ones that I have had are not like it when the lights are off and/or when the indicator on, but I suppose it depends how lenient the tester is, but yes, it could do.
