Three weeks ago 2 other warning lights are also flashing in time (ABS and Coolant light). The Fiat garage seem unwilling to look at it again and then tried to say there were no lights flashing at all. Should I try another dealer or is this issue common/unfixable?

My husband suspected an earthing problem. In these replies above, several say to replace 'it' and go onto eBay. Can anyone specifically SAY what it is I need to replace, surely not the whole car! Is it just a wire, or the dash instrument panel that needs replacing? Can it be done at home or advise is to get a dealer to do it? Thanks
