I can`t believe thise happened to me.

2009, Fiat 500. It is over 90000 km on odometer. And now it asked for the unlock code.

Where do i get one? I don`t understand anything in the manual - it`s all in German

Please help!

If you post all the numbers from the back and sides of the radio, I may be able to get the code for you.

If it the original radio it shouldn't need a code

I'd try removing the battery for a minimum then re connecting it see if it resets it

Well thank you indeed! I'll just have to eject the radio off the panel. I guess I'll need a special tool for that

It was fast, wasnt it? My neighbor had a special key. I was lucky, he was just parking a car, when I posted previous message!

Yes it is the original radio. And it is a vide spread problem for the Fiat-500 and several others. Typicaly the code is in the service book, but mine is missing already.

There is one number missing from your serial number. It should be CM followed by 12 numbers, not 11.
