I was reading my manual, I know, a mistake, but saw that their might be an update for my Blue&Me, which was working fine, so I thought I'd update it.

Well, went through the process, but think I updated with version 6 before the previous version? or did it correctly, but it says I do not need an update, so maybe it didnt update anything?

Anyways, now it will not pair with my phone, when it previously did. :bang::bang:

It says Pairing, and on my phone, I get the screen for the code, I put it in, and it says not found, or just goes blank. No pairing.

Please help.

Yes, that's the thing to to.
Disconnect and go for a beer or a coffee or a cup of tea ........ whatever lights your candle.

The battery is disconnected via a thick black lead over the top of the battery. There's a red button, press it and lift off the lead.

It's like any computer.
If they throw their toys of the pram, they need switching off and switching back on again.

I can't say categorically that this will sort out your issue, but it's the first step and sorts out many many problems.

Good luck,
Mick.

Under the Settings menu select 'Delete users' or 'Delete all' and then try again.
