On my previous 500 (2015 Lounge), or any other recent car for that matter, holding the left column stalk briefly up or down, would cause the corresponding indicator to flash 3 times, useful when changing lanes.
With the new 500 (2017 Lounge), the indicator does not come on when carrying out the same action, I actually need to move the stalk and hold in position for a second or so for the indicator to start flashing, which I find very inconvenient and unlike any other car that I have had the chance of driving since this feature became standard.
I initially thought that this was an issue specific to my car but when I took it back to the dealers', we checked a few more new 500's and they all exhibited the same symptoms. We then jumped on 2 old 500s (both from 2015) and their stalks worked correctly, i.e. more sensitive to the up/down touch.
This seems like a problem with the whole of the new series of 500s.
Anyone noticed that?
