Hello, I have just plugged my wife 500 into the multiecuscan on the laptop, and it has put up this code . C1115 solenoid valve supply voltage open circuit / short at ground present / light on (abs light) . Am I right in thinking it might be a bad earth point , or am I way off ? . Has anyone any idea what it could be and what the fix is ? . Thanks in advance.

No the description is vague, open circuit could mean the plug has come off, short could mean the cables trapped, could be a internal fault in the solenoid broken wire/shorted to ground, given its the brakes I'm tempted to say take it to Fiat as the abs is a mot failure?

Iwhen you say the plug has come of do you mean the main plug the abs pump its self ? . If so I have just had a quick look and nothing seems to be loose or has come adrift .

From your description it's the(control) valve not the pump , I would say?
