The sad time has come for me and my beloved '03 FIAT Punto to part:cry:. I honestly love that car to bits, but it is becoming financially impractical to keep 'her'.

As part of FIATs PCH (personal contract hire scheme), I am waiting to take delivery of a brand new FIAT 500 Pop Star (status 40). I've had a look at the accessories brochure, for interior carpets - official FIAT one's are a bit ££ and look quite similar to some on Amazon for half the ££. Also reading between the lines, both Amazon and FIAT carpets may not fit a '17 model.

Any advice please? Or where I can buy FIAT Genuine accessories that don't cost a fortune.

Regards

Faye

When looking at the prices of these things it's important to think about how long they will last, from personal experience it is always best to get the genuine item from fiat as they do tend to last quite a few years, much better quality and even when worn will carry on giving reliable service.

Cheap mats never last well, you can be lucky in some cases to get a year's use before they need replacing, and when they get worn and tired they can literally come apart at the seams.

Last time I bought a set of fiat mats was quite a few years ago now, but they lasted about 8 years and were sold with the car still in pretty good shape.

They fit properly and you don't get issues with mats slipping about or getting under the pedals.
