Technical fog light 500 sport vs 500 Abarth

hey guys,

previous post, i asked if the bumper of abarth fits on 500 sport. which it does but what about fog lights? :idea:

can I replace my 500 sport fog lights to my abarth?

mine upgraded to HID fog lights 6200K

ive already replaced the headlights since they were HID philips as well

I think i paid $500 CAD for them. very very bright! :slayer:

Can't help sorry, but back in early 2000's I had Hid dip and fogs long before most people had Hid at all, oh and just for fun, I had a CD player in the car before most had one in their house! soooooo long ago sounded amazing

I hope you don't use your fog lights when it's not reduced visibility. Sorry to be a pain about this.

A mate of mine was fined £60 for having his fog lights on.

Highway Code:

Rule 236
You MUST NOT use front or rear fog lights unless visibility is seriously reduced (see Rule 226) as they dazzle other road users and can obscure your brake lights. You MUST switch them off when visibility improves.

Rule 226:

Rule 226
You MUST use headlights when visibility is seriously reduced, generally when you cannot see for more than 100 metres (328 feet). You may also use front or rear fog lights but you MUST switch them off when visibility improves (see Rule 236).

I can't remember the last time I needed fog lights. Maybe a couple of winters ago.

Mick F- i live in uk but my car is in canada. dont think the law is the same there cuz i drove around with my fog lights on all the time and never got any tickets.

Could argue using fog lights are poor mans DLR's
