Today I bought new Fiat 500 - very pleased with it, after agonising between models and colours, and should collect it on Tuesday.

It is a 2016 1.2 lounge in glam coral, with the white and red seats and full chrome pack - rather lovely.

I was considering a DS3, but decided that the 500 was nicer all round.

It was a toss up between bossa nova and the glam coral, but the red tone inside was just nicer to my eyes, with a lovely contrast to the cream dash.

I look forward to chatting on this forum.

Now all you need is a pack of wet wipes to keep the steering wheel clean

I have white leather interior in my golf, I strongly support the previous statement about autoglym leather cleaner and balm a very worth while investment.

I opted for the 1.2 500C in smooth mint, so crossing everything for a sunny day tomorrow! It was awesome on the 300 mile drive back from Durham, makes such a lovely sound compared to my old Punto What a joy to drive! How's yours?

I don't get mine till Tuesday, can't get road tax till after the bank holiday weekend.

No, it's brand new and the garage are sorting it all out.

So I have made this little box of sweeties as a thank you for the very friendly and approachable salesman. It's my attempt at the classic Fiat 500 colouring, too.

Sure they'll appreciate the kind gesture. Never know they might remember it and return a kind gesture back at some point!
