My 2008 Fiat 500 Sport 1.4 (petrol) has recently developed a clutch problem. Although 7 years old, the car is very low mileage, having covered just 9,000 from new.
When cold, clutch actuation and gear selection is fine, but after approx 60 mins running there is a pronounced ‘screech’ whenever the clutch pedal is depressed, and the ‘bite point’ is lost, making gear selection difficult. There is no loss of fluid from the clutch actuating system. Any advice will be most welcome.

My clutch pedal squeaks on my 2008 after it has been running a while although gear selection is fine. The squeak comes from under the bonnet, I think from the arm on the gearbox where the clutch is operated.
