hi all. ive just fitted DAB into my car using the autodab kit. i thought i would try and keep things neat by not using the window sticker aerial so used a am/fm-dab converter made by greentek but i get a really weak signal with this. i then tried the window sticker aerial which appears to work ok but i would prefer an OEM look. does anyone know if the original am/fm aerial is boosted or amplified ? as an amplified aerial wont work. if it is amplified does anyone know where i can cut its power?

There's an amplifier in the base, you can disconnect ground at the base and it will stop working (I think - I know my Marelli aerial has a separate ground).
