Hi, I really hope someone can help me. My friend slammed my car door so hard that the window regulator clip broke. I have a new genuine regulator from shop4parts. I took the old one off, fitted the new one but the glass tilts forward slightly and pops out at the back. The runners are clear, and I can't work out the cause of the problem. There is slight adjustment on the regulator but I can't get it right.

Does anyone have a guide or tips. I have searched the forum and web. Tried downloading elearn (which I can't get to run) but no joy.

Well, I accidentally bent the top of the glass outwards , something clicked and now it works so panic over ��
