Hi I'm new here.
My sister has a 2010 dualogic lounge and the driver's side (rhd) sun visor has no vanity mirror but the passenger side does. Is this normal and if so can I get her a lhd one to replace it with?

Yes, it's normal on a lot of cars to have only a passenger side visor mirror. Yes you can fit a LHD visor, I want to do this myself, except to delete the passenger visor mirror, but so far I have yet to find a source for LHD visors. LMK if you have any luck.

Can you not get one from FIAT spare parts or is that too pricy?

One reason for this is safety. If there is no mirror in the driver side sunvisor the driver may be less likely to be looking at themselves while driving. It's surpring how many people think it is OK to apply make-up or shave while driving

We did this for my wife's 500. Tried ordering one from dealers originally as left hand drive but got landed with wrong style,second time lucky.I'll look up the part number and post back later.
