No need to fill in the slip at the back of the book and send off payment if you buy a Fiat during its first three years of life, just call Car Care on 0844 573 8029, give your details and then someone will call you back to take a card payment for £30 (as at 13th May 2015). Or a dealership should be able to help.

Shameful that you should have to do or pay anything - it's the car that's being warranted, not the owner.

Thanks for that, the method has changed since we bought our POP. I thought we had got away with paying for the third year warranty on our pre-reg TA until I checked the invoice thoroughly. The Fiat dealership did charge us £27 for it! Oh well, it's done and we have the paperwork to prove it.
