So I've read the guide on how to change them. Located them but when I try and turn them to release them there no way they will turn any help please

Not done ours .................... yet.
However, the guide says turn ACW and I reckon that the lights are "mirror image" of each other, so if it is ACW on one side, it'll be CW on the other side.

Dunno for sure, just a guess as the other light fittings are "sided".

Maybe you're doing the CW side?

Thanks I will try that! I tried both but it didn't seem to move at all but at that time I had been cleaning and swapping things over for 12 hours. I will give it another go today
