Anyone know how to remove the headlights or if I need to be careful with anything. Noticed the gap between the driver side unit (near the headlight washer side) is slightly more than the passenger side which is a tighter fit.

Is there some room for adjustment with elongated bolt holes or something?

It is more likely that the bonnet or bumper needs adjustment than the lights, only adjust the light if the beam pattern is off.
