i cured s/s fault by doing a full overnight charge on battery,not trickle charge.and i also replaced brake switch ,under carpet on passenger side ,techie told me ,when resistence is not normal on b/switch s/s wont work and it seems he was right all systems are go

di both together as techie when s/s and triangle are both lit its normally b/switch
personally..,
I try and do 1 thing at a time.. otherwise you don't actually know where the fault lay ; - ),
