Well, I was fully aware I was going to be ripped off but the car was still under warranty and I wanted to give this dealer an opportunity. I live i west London and I can't imagine another place where to get at least original parts, all the garages looks so dodgy! (I moved to the UK 3 years ago and I have yet to find a reliable and honest garage).

I was not worried about the price and I just wanted a good job done. I thought "you get what you pay!" and 650 seems promising!

Unfortunately I have the impression they didn't do most of the stuff they listed, plus...they charged me 3£ for replacing the windscreen liquid!!! (I had 2 big bottle of liquid at home!).

They had the chance, now they won't see me again...very simple. Next year I would like to buy a new car and I will visit another dealer. What a funny way to do business...

Now, I need to find a honest garage in west London...if somebody know someone I would really appreciate!

The guy didn't suggest me to replace them and i don't know why he should have lied about them. However I can't trust them 100% so i will bring the car to another garage to double check.

In the end I'm pretty happy, they charged me 48 £ and the car now goes wonderfully! The difference is huge.
